MUMC Foundation Scholarships & Grants
Scholarship - February 1 Deadline
The Foundation of MUMC Board of Directors is excited to announce that applications for scholarships are now available for graduating high school seniors who are church members pursuing any major attending college in the fall. Interested applicants should download and complete the application and submit to scholarships@moumc.org by February 1.

Scholarship - June 30 Deadline
The MUMC Foundation Scholarship for Seminary Students is available to college students who have completed at least two years of college work and who need financial assistance while preparing for church-related vocations. The recipient may attend any school recognized by the United Methodist Church and by the Board of Directors of The Foundation of MUMC for educating persons in religious-related careers or seminary. Preference is given to members of the Missouri United Methodist Church in Columbia. Interested applicants should download and complete the application below. Please submit all application materials or questions to scholarships@moumc.org.
Grant - June 1 and December 1 Deadlines
The Foundation of MUMC makes available grants for selected groups and missions, with preference to those groups and missions that support active missions of the Missouri United Methodist Church and certain community-based activities and organizations. There are certain national and international missions that may be considered if they are part of the missions of the global United Methodist Church.
The Foundation does not fund ongoing projects or programs. Funding beyond one year requires an annual application. Applications must be submitted online.
United Women in Faith (UWF) Scholarship
May 15 Deadline
Apply for the Missouri United Women in Faith Scholarship if you are a woman affiliated with MUMC, have completed 60 hours of study at an accredited college or university, have financial need, have a career choice of ministry/helping profession (teaching, medical-related, etc.) and are involved in church-related or community activities. Interested applicants should download, complete and submit the application below by May 15 to UMW Scholarships Chair at uwf@moumc.org.
