Worship Services

The Missouri United Methodist Church offers several types of worship for everyone.

Chapel Service

At 8:00 a.m. every Sunday, an informal service meets in the McMurry Chapel. This unique style of worship focuses on fellowship and building intimacy. It opens the door for hymns by request, sharing prayer concerns, and developing personal connections. Growing closer to God comes naturally in this Christ-centered atmosphere.

The 8:50 a.m. Service

This service is ideal if you're searching for a worship experience with a more relaxed atmosphere, incorporating praise music into our celebration of God. We meet at 8:50 a.m. in the Sanctuary.

The 11:00 a.m. Service

In the majesty of the Sanctuary, we meet at 11:00 a.m. to worship and hear from God. The Chancel Choir leads us in hymns as we experience God's glory firsthand. Understand more about God through participating in His magnificence, while cultivating friendships and growing together in faith.

Children’s Church

Children’s Church is offered for first and second graders during the 8:50 a.m. and Kindergarten through second grade during the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Children attend the first part of the sanctuary worship service with their parents and then leave at the time specified in the bulletin. This program teaches children Bible skills and fosters understanding of praise, prayer, and liturgy that will aid them in worshipping as a part of God’s congregation.

Wee Worship

Wee Worship is a children’s church experience for children age 2 through pre-Kindergarten. Children attend the first part of the 11:00 a.m. Sanctuary worship service with their parents and then go to Room 110 at the time specified for a Bible lesson, activity and craft.
