Memorial Weekend at Camp Jo-Ota
An annual retreat is held Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day weekend at Camp Jo-Ota, 75 miles northeast of Columbia. Fun pursuits include swimming, fishing, canoeing, and horseback riding. Join us for outdoor praise, fun and fellowship.
Christian Family Day at the Ball Park
Each year a bus full of MUMC members and friends enjoy a professional baseball game. In 2007, trips will be made to Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City on June 13 and to Busch Stadium in St. Louis on June 20. Come join this great activity each summer!
All-Church Ice Cream Social & Swim Party
MUMC’s annual ice cream social/swim party is held at Oakland Park each summer. The ice cream is provided, with everyone bringing favorite toppings and desserts. For all ages! The pool will be reserved for MUMC members and friends the evening of July 22, 2007.
Catch the Spirit Picnic & Potluck
Catch the Spirit Sunday celebrates the beginning of Fall programs at MUMC. A potluck picnic will be held at Bethel Park on September 9, 2007. Music, munching and merriment!
